We see our activities as offering support in various areas of real estate management, orienting ourselves to the structure of the owners. The extent and focus are largely determined by the investment instruments and the applicable accounting standards.

Within the framework of the business management mandate, we take on the following tasks:

  • Business management and representation
  • Representing the owners and communicating for them (with the authorities, auditors)
  • Organising meetings with minutes taken
  • Coordinating and ensuring relations with:
    • Real estate management
    • Accounting
    • Asset management
  • Drawing up company documents
  • Drawing up business reports
  • Ensuring record keeping
  • Participating in meetings of the board of directors and the executive board and making presentations at them
  • Drawing up periodic reports for the board of directors
