Albert Lück Foundation
On behalf of the foundation board, we are responsible as an investment manager for the development and execution of the portfolio and investment strategy as well as risk management for the Albert Lück Foundation. Moreover, we handle the management and accounting of the foundation. We are responsible for reporting and the preparation of decision-making aids for the foundation board.

VERIT Investment Management AG has assumed overall responsibility as fund manager for the Raiffeisen Futura Immo Fonds fund since April 2017. Previously, we had served as asset manager for portfolio and asset management since its launch in March 2014. We played a significant role in the launch of the fund. We define the investment strategy and investment principles, assume responsibility for risk management, search for suitable properties for the fund, take investment and divestment decisions, conduct due diligence and process the transactions.

Wartmann Immobilien AG commissioned us with the portfolio and asset management of its real estate portfolio as well as management and accounting. As asset manager, we plan steps to optimise property returns and costs and control management and renovation measures. The management and accounting mandate encompasses the preparation of annual and quarterly statements, financial planning and budgeting as well as mortgage and liquidity management, among other tasks.
