Our core areas of competence include the optimisation of property values, the development of portfolio strategies and the preparation of property business plans. VERIT has been operating as a successful, independent company in the real estate market since 1960. In early 2012, the company was transferred into a holding structure. The areas of portfolio and asset management, management and accounting have since been handled by VERIT Investment Management AG.

Our small, dynamic team offers professional real estate management tailored to individual client needs. Our clients include institutional and private real estate owners as well as foundations. We support our clients in the management of residential and commercial property portfolios throughout Switzerland and we also handle management for their company structures. Our team comprises real estate experts from the fields of finance, valuation, development, transactions, architecture / construction management and fund accounting. In recent years, we have intensively dealt with the sustainability optimisation of real estate. We examine around 400 properties for sale on the transaction market every year and are therefore able to assess market events effectively. We will be happy to support you in the strategic planning of your real estate investments or take care of operational asset management challenges for you including reducing vacancies, handling renovations, negotiating contracts or remedying defects.
At the start of 2017, VERIT Investment Management AG received FINMA approval as a fund manager. Since then, we have been able to assume overall responsibility as fund manager for real estate funds. We have been serving as fund manager for the Raiffeisen Futura Immo Fonds fund since April 2017.
At the start of 2014, VERIT Investment Management AG received FINMA approval as an asset manager of collective investment schemes. Since the launch of the Raiffeisen Futura Immo Fonds fund in March 2014, we have been responsible for portfolio and asset management.
VERIT Investment Management has been operating as an independent company since January 2012. The areas of portfolio and asset management as well as management and accounting were outsourced from VERIT Immobilien AG to VERIT Investment Management AG at the end of 2011. Both companies are subsidiaries of VERIT Holding AG. Thanks to its legal and staffing independence from its sister company, VERIT Investment Management AG is able to competently safeguard owner interests.
